Birthday Thanks!!

So Yesterday was my Birthday and I wanted to thank everyone for wishing me a happy Birthday!! I don't know why but this has been the hardest year for me. I have never really cared that I was a year older until now. I think that it might be that I am getting closer to 30 which is painful. When I hear that others are 30 or older it does not seem old, but I see myself as always being in my 20's. I think that it also dawned on me the other day that I have almost been out of high school for 10 years and that seems crazy to me because I still feel the same. It does help to know that Marty and Andrea will always be older than me so it makes me feel younger. Ha Ha!!!That really helps!! Anyways, Tom and the girls made yesterday a special day which always makes me happy. Bree was so cute when Tom told her it was my birthday she was so excited and they sang me happy birthday. After that she started to cry about something and I told her that all I wanted for my birthday was for her not to cry or whine the entire day. She was so cute because she closed her mouth so tight and tried really hard every time she was about to cry or complain to hold it in. By the middle of the day it had worn off but it was really nice of her to try. I tried to remind her that it was my day but then she decided that mommys special day was over and proceeded to try and convince me that it was her day now. So thanks again for all the Birthday wishes and next year I told Tom that instead of turning 28 I will turn 26. I have started to age the other way and hopefully others will believe me when I turn 13 again!!!

Daddy Pimps Bree's Ride!!!

At Bree's preschool they had a Drive in to the Movies day which meant that we had to create the perfect little car for Bree. I was just going to put some construction paper and paper plates on a box and call it good but Tom heard about it and he had to make sure that Bree had the fanciest car at school. They spent a couple of days spray painting and constructing this cute little pink car for Bree. It turned out really cute and the best part was seeing Bree at preschool watching a movie and eating popcorn with the other kids. I think hers was the best but I was amazed at how much work parents put into these little cars.

We decided to change our play room so Tom had to put together this huge piece of furniture and Sophie really enjoyed being in the middle of it all. Thank heavens she was stuck in the square otherwise she would have eaten every screw in sight and there were atleast a hundred. She looks really cute being daddy's little assistant.

Ears, Ears, and More Pretty Ears

So Stacey my sister in law called me one day and asked if Bree would like to get her ears pierced and of course Bree will do anything that makes her older, prettier, and closer to looking like a princess so we were in. That same day Bree, Meg, and Olivia all were brave little girls and piereced their ears. Bree did awesome even when the gun got stuck on one of her ears. And shockingly after that happened to Bree both Meg and Olivia still had theirs pierced.

Bree has sick days too!

Christmas night Bree ended up getting strep throat but this is how she spent most of her time the next day. She wanted to wear her undies because she was so hot and draw and watch her princess cartoons that uncle Ben gave her for Christmas.I wish this is how I could spend my days when I was sick!!!

These Boys are still Kids!

I know that when I married Tom he was probablly always going to act like a little kid any chance he could. So of course Koby starts playing with the toys and then Tom thinks that it looks fun and joins in. And yes this is how we entertain ourselves is by watching Koby and Tom play with the tunnels that Bree and Sophie got for Christmas.
